Matthew Shea

A product of Lancaster County, PA, Matt is an actor, writer, and voice artist based in Maryland. In addition to YDAFT, Matt is the head writer and co-creator of the parody true crime podcast Beneath the Headlines, which also features the talents of Mr. Poch.

Some of his acting credits include taking a fully nude bath in freezing cold water, pushing a broom artistically for half an hour, killing and being killed on various Investigation Discovery reenactments, and being beheaded by Eric Poch.

Mr. Poch was the first friend Matt made at college, and he has tolerated Eric ever since.

Eric Poch

Eric Poch grew up near power lines in a suburb of Baltimore City and was brought up in the finest traditions of the public education system. In 2012, he graduated from Towson University with a bachelor's degree in Theatre. Despite this condition, he has become a convincingly productive member of society. His accomplishments include getting fired from a Renaissance faire, pretending to be an engineer, teaching at a karate daycare, and very nearly being arrested for impersonating a time traveller. These days, he spends his time learning about trees and doting on his cat, to whom, being of sound mind and body, he hereby bequeaths his position of podcast cohost in the event of his untimely death at the hands of Matthew Shea.
